FACT has been providing quality mental health treatment since 1990.  We have an excellent staff and offer a variety of services. Therapy is conducted by licensed therapists who are approved sex offender, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health treatment providers.

 

Prime For Life Class

  • Psychoeducational class addressing substance abuse for DUI's
  • Meets court requirements
  • Includes certificate upon completion
  • Offered weekday evenings
  • $150.00 fee including manual

Substance Abuse Program

  • Client centered treatment to help participants regain control and power in their lives
  • The program incorporates  Moderation Management and Rational Recovery
  • Night and evening classes available

Thinking Errors Class

  • Helps to identify specific thinking errors and resulting difficulties
  • Provides strategies for changing problematic thought patterns and behavior
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • $150.00 fee including manual

Sex Offender Program

  • Approved by the Utah Department of Corrections
  • Therapeutic services:
    • Psychosexual evaluations
    • Penile plethysmographs
    • Individual and group therapy
    • Psychoeducational classes
    • Polygraphs.
  • Private Insurance accepted as well as Medicaid/Medicare
  • Sliding fee scale
  • Evening groups

 

Domestic Violence Program

  • Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) contracted program
  • Licensed through the Department of Human Services
  • Group and individual therapy to assist in developing skills to eliminate conflict/violence
  • Includes court/probation updates as needed
  • Evening groups
  • Cost of treatment subsidized by DCFS (as low as $5 per group)

 

Women’s Group

  • Support group for survivors of domestic violence
  • Individual therapy also available
  • Flexible therapy schedule
  • Free of charge

 

Parenting Group

  • Psychoeducational group specifically addresses the impact of domestic violence on child development and well-being
  • Reviews effective parenting strategies
